Senior Product Designer, 2022-present
Rooster Money is a pocket money app aiming to help parents and children learn and talk about money. I’m currently responsible for updates and improvements to the parent-facing journeys and features. This involves working with closely with other squad leads from the early stages of a project, helping build out examples maps and briefs, all the way through wireframe and journey iteration, to working with developers to implement final UI designs.

This role was at a learning design software startup, where we were in the early stages of finding product market fit. I undertook user interviews for product discovery, designed wireframe prototypes to address user needs and pain points, and validated these with potential users.

At Circus Street I owned and improved the user experience of an online learning product, across a website and mobile app. This involved maintaining an expert level of understanding of our users and their needs, communicating and championing user needs across the organisation and in product strategy discussions, and designing improvements and new features.

This role was in a ceramics studio where I was part of a small team responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the studio, including teaching classes in wheel throwing and hand building.

At Atom I was dedicated to testing and improving the user experience and accessibility of an existing product across the app and marketing website. This consisted of conducting and analysing user research, producing wireframes and user flow prototypes.
